Enough parts are included for four sets of mount holes. Some striker models have only two holes, leaving two sets in this kit unused, or as spares.		Note: Flanged bearings (not shown) are recommended for use with loops equipped with only two holes.

	The bow drill spindle should be tapered for tight fit and so it contacts only the inner bearing surface. Contact with the bearing seal may damage it.

	Without the screws, washers and nuts, a flangeless bearing could become loose in it's mount hole and fall out with handling or bow drill use.

		Fidget Spinners are very popular and have 608 bearings that fit BTB Strikers. However, they are not sealed or lubricated, making them unsuitable. Bearing Seals are available separately, and if installed along with a lubricant, then these bearings could be used at least on a trial basis.
