Cut the blade so only the TShank base remains. A dremel with an abrasive disk works good. Bosch T123X blades and series are specified for .04" thick but measure at about  .037". Leatherman blades have a thickness of .070".

 Suggested:
Before cutting
the TShank section off the blade, Grind or sand the DIY adaptor to .033" thickness. The combined thickness equals the Leatherman blade thickness of .070".

In this group of photos,
a TShank adaptor has been ground from a Bosch blade, so the combined thickness is about .070".
(4" x 36" Bench Belt Sander)
Then cut to length and shaped using a dremel abrasive disk.
Adaptor side.  Rear blade side.

Blade & adaptors
close to .070" thickness.
Blade adjusted for length
to fit Blade slot.
Back side was given a sharp "burred" edge for good ferro rod sparking,
using a bench grinder.

Ready for field work !!

As noted on UTube Videos, the Bosch TShank series saw blades fit
the Leatherman Surge Saw Blade Adaptor but they are too loose.
These blades are too thin, so by cutting one blade to fit as a spacer, the thickness can be doubled.
Installs slightly thicker than a Leatherman blade and is now tight.

These are not for sale by Bushman. Included here only for general information & reference.,
I figured adding a few images and a part number into the mix might be helpful.
